CANCELLATIONS

Last-minute cancelations, clients will be required to cancel or reschedule their enchanted appointments 48-hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a $ fee charged to your card on file. If you have booked your appointment with less than 48 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee. 

 

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay a deposit of $100 before any future appointments are booked. The deposit will go towards your service.

 

If the NO SHOWS continue further, we will have no choice but to take you off our client list, and unfortunately you will not be able to schedule with Enchanted Beauty Bar in the future.
